At Trinity Tranquil Healing, my mission is to support individuals in achieving balance and holistic wellness through the practices of Reiki healing and Sound healing. Everyone deserves the chance to discover the transformative benefits of energy healing with a compassionate practitioner in the comfort and privacy of their own home.
I was born and raised in the Northeastern United States, but life’s twists and turns eventually led me to the Southwest and, finally, to my home in the Southeast. Along this journey of self-discovery and healing, I personally experienced the profound benefits of both Sound Healing and Reiki healing. For the first time in years, I felt my stress melt away, my body relax, and a deep sense of peace and well-being return.
These life-changing experiences inspired me to follow my calling — to help others find balance, healing, and harmony within themselves through energy healing practices. I went on to complete extensive training and am now honored to serve as a Reiki Master, Expert Sound Healer, and best-selling author of Whispers of the Soul.

Sound healing is a powerful therapeutic practice that uses vibration and frequency to restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. By working with the body’s natural energy systems, sound healing aids in releasing tension, clearing energetic blockages, and promoting deep relaxation and inner balance. When struck, tuning forks are metal instruments that produce precise sound frequencies. Originally designed to tune musical instruments, tuning forks have found a profound new purpose in energy healing. Their pure, resonant tones interact with the body’s energy field, helping to realign frequencies, calm the nervous system, and encourage self-healing on a cellular level, much like the principles of Reiki healing.
A Sound bath is a meditative experience in which clients are immersed in sound vibrations produced by instruments, such as crystal singing bowls. The term "bath" refers to how the sound surrounds you, creating a calming and relaxing experience. During a sound bath the variety of sounds wash over you, triggering the body's natural relaxation response. Sound baths are often utilized for stress reduction and improved sleep.
Reiki healing is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. Originating in Japan, this holistic wellness practice channels universal life energy through the practitioner’s hands to the client, helping to restore harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.
This flow of healing energy supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself—encouraging emotional clarity, physical well-being, and spiritual alignment. Reiki is safe, non-invasive, and complements all other healing modalities, including sound healing and medical treatments.
Each session is an invitation to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with a state of inner peace and wholeness.
